Defiance – new senior strength & conditioning classes coming to Wolfhound Fitness!

Ageing may be inevitable, but losing strength, mobility, and independence doesn’t have to be. Strength and conditioning training is a powerful tool that enables individuals to take control of their health, combat the effects of ageing, and continue living vibrant, active, defiant lives.

No matter your age, it’s never too late to start reaping the benefits of movement, strength, and resilience.

The best time to start was yesterday—the second-best time is today!

Tuesday the 4th and Thursday the 6th of March from 11am – 12pm.

Our first block of classes will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am and officially kick start on the 11th of March and run for 6 weeks, until the 17th of April
