    Joe, Co-Owner of Wolfhound Fitness, is a passionate advocate for health and fitness. His high standards of programming and coaching have empowered numerous members to achieve their goals, from competitive athletes to newcomers. With years of experience as a Strength & Conditioning coach for Westmeath GAA's Senior Football & Hurling teams, Joe's expertise shines through in every interaction. He leads by example, training alongside members, competing in CrossFit events, and tackling adventure races. Joe's dedication to his own fitness journey is a constant source of inspiration for the entire Wolfhound community.

    Katie, Co-Owner and Manager of Wolfhound Fitness, is the heart and soul of our community. With a talent for organization and a passion for coaching, she ensures the smooth running of our gym while guiding members on their fitness journeys. Katie's expertise extends to nutrition, having worked with Westmeath GAA Senior Football & Hurling panels. She's a firm believer in the power of group exercise for both physical and mental well-being, always ready with advice and support for our members.

    Luke, our newest coach and a recent Sports Science graduate from DCU, brings a fresh perspective to Wolfhound Fitness. He leads many of our daily classes, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a strong emphasis on technique and movement patterns. Outside the gym, Luke's passion for GAA is evident in his dedication to playing football with Multyfarnham GAA.
